Should you order an incorrect set of recovery cds
there are NO REFUNDS.
Simply place another order for the correct set, then call us immediately to cancel the incorrect order.
Any recovery set returned for refund will be subject to 25% restocking fee ONLY if they have not been opened.
ANY recovery set returned WITHOUT a RMA number issued by MyRecoveryCDs will be refused and returned to sender, no exceptions!
All recovery sets are verified as to the content and as such are fully functional under normal circumstances,
however on occasion there may be a defective disc, if this occurs simply contact us and we will replace the disc.
If your system has had the motherboard replaced and the replacement is NOT an exact duplicate of the
original motherboard, MyRecoveryCds will not be held responsible for the system not excepting the recovery cds.
MyRecoveryCds will ONLY provide an EXACT exchange should a set of cds be deemed questionable.
When ordering please provide an email address that is checked at least once a day as well as a phone number
where you can be reached should your address prove to be unconfirmed.
Unconfirmed addresses will result in delayed or canceled orders.
